Fourteen tables, one feed: EDGAR
Row counts and history from the current release. New filings arrive every business day after EDGAR closes.
Before the open, during the session, or after the close?
For an earnings release, the acceptance second decides which day the market reacted. SEC's own bulk history file has those times shifted by four or five hours for about a third of companies, enough to put half of all earnings releases in the wrong session.
- Verified, not assumed. Every time is checked against SEC's live API or the XBRL data sets. The corrected times match the live API in 99.998% of a held-out check.
- Never guessed. A time we can't verify is published as a date only, with accepted_verified false.
- Session included. Each earnings release is labelled pre-market, market hours or after close, in Eastern time.
