Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want you to be confident before you buy: the free sample includes quarterly and annual history for 26 companies, the last 7 days of events, the methodology guide and the data dictionary, so you can check the format and quality first.

Subscriptions (Varve Fundamentals subscription, Varve Events)

• Cancel anytime. Use Manage subscription on your account page. You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for, and you won't be charged again.
• First payment guarantee. If you cancel within 7 days of your first subscription payment, email us and we'll refund that payment in full.
• Renewal payments are otherwise non-refundable, and we don't refund partial periods.

One-time purchase (Varve Fundamentals: full history)

Files are delivered instantly, so one-time purchases are final once delivered, except that within 14 days of purchase we will refund in full if:

• you were unable to access or download the files, and we couldn't fix it promptly; or
• the Data is materially different from how the site and methodology guide describe it.

Always refunded

• Duplicate charges, or charges made in error.
• Payments for a release we failed to deliver.

How to request a refund

Email support@varvedata.com from the address you used at checkout (or include your receipt). We reply within 2 business days, and approved refunds go back to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days. Where local law gives you additional rights (for example a cooling-off period), those apply in addition to this policy.
